SHIPPING POLICY

At Ciaobrow, we aim to dispatch and deliver your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. This Shipping Policy outlines delivery timeframes, charges, and important information regarding your order.


ORDER PROCESSING

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday)
  • Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays
  • During busy periods, processing times may be slightly extended

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery timeframes will apply.


DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

Estimated delivery times:

  • Ireland: 2–5 working days
  • United Kingdom: 3–7 working days
  • European Union: 5–10 working days

Please note these are estimated timeframes and may vary depending on location and external factors.


SHIPPING PROVIDERS

We use trusted courier services, including DPD and other delivery partners, depending on your location.


CUSTOMS, DUTIES & IMPORT CHARGES

For orders shipped between regions (including Ireland to the UK or EU):

  • Your order may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import charges
  • These charges are determined by your local customs authority
  • The customer is responsible for any additional charges

We recommend checking with your local customs office if you are unsure.


DELIVERY DELAYS

While we do everything we can to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier service disruptions
  • Customs processing
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information
  • Events outside of our control

INCORRECT ADDRESS DETAILS

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all shipping details are correct at the time of ordering.

We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.


LOST OR MISSING ORDERS

If you believe your order has been lost or is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist in resolving the issue.

We will always work with you and the courier to investigate, but we cannot guarantee replacement or refund for items confirmed as delivered.


MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS

In some cases, orders may be shipped in separate packages depending on stock availability.
