This one matters to us. Ciaobrow products are made for trained professionals only.
When you buy from us, you're confirming you have the training, knowledge, or qualification to use the products safely and correctly. Great results come from great technique, and these products are designed to be in skilled hands.
We can't take responsibility for misuse, incorrect application, or results caused by improper use.
ACCURACY OF INFORMATION
We do our best to keep everything on the site accurate and up to date, but we can't promise it's always error-free or complete. We reserve the right to correct errors and update content at any time without notice.
PRICING & PAYMENTS
All prices are shown in the relevant currency and may change without notice.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products, and to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. If a pricing error slips through, we may cancel the order and refund you in full if payment has already been taken.
ORDERS
Please make sure your details are accurate and up to date when you order. We may limit or refuse orders that appear to be placed by unauthorised resellers or distributors, or for unauthorised commercial use.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Delivery times are estimates and can vary depending on where you are and factors outside our control, like couriers and customs. For orders travelling between regions, customs charges or import duties may apply and are the customer's responsibility.

TRAINING COURSES & EDUCATION
For training booked through Ciaobrow or Suzanne Egan Academy:
- Course bookings are subject to availability
- Deposits are non-refundable
- Course places may be transferred with sufficient notice
- Not showing up without notice may mean loss of payment
Students are responsible for completing any required pre-study and bringing suitable models where required.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Everything on this site, including our training manuals, course materials, images, branding, and text, belongs to Ciaobrow and/or Suzanne Egan Academy.
A lot of love and years of work went into it, so please don't copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any of it without our written permission.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of income, business, or reputation, or damage resulting from misuse of our products.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
OTHER WEBSITES
We may link to third-party tools or websites. Their content and policies are their own, and we're not responsible for them.
IF THESE TERMS ARE BREACHED
We reserve the right to suspend or end access to our services if these terms are broken.
